How To Use:
Begin use at the first signs of a cold or when exposed to cold viruses. Without tilting your head, incline the nozzle, insert into the nostril aiming outwards, then fully depress the pump 2-3 times per nostril. Avoid inhaling deeply after spraying. Apply 2-3 sprays per nostril each use, up to four times a day.
